JAKARTA - Anggota Komisi X DPR, Puti Guntur Soekarno, mengatakan, salah satu ide dan gagasan dari Bung Karno adalah tentang kebangsaan dan kemanusiaan. Menurut dia, saat ini, cara memperkuat persaudaraan dan membangun karakter bangsa dapat dilakukan melalui kebudayaan, pendidikan, dan ekonomi kreatif."Saya mengajak para generasi muda sebagai penerus bangsa untuk dapat menjadi produsen di dalam negeri dan menguasai perekonomian dunia melalui kearifan lokal dan ekonomi kreatif," katanya dalam 'Seminar Internalisasi Pemikiran Bung Karno Tentang Kemandirian Ekonomi' yang diselenggarakan UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno di gedung Perpustakaan Nasional Perpusnas, Jakarta Pusat, pada Kamis 8/6/2023. Menurut Puti, Pancasila sebagai buah pemikiran Sukarno, merupakan payung besar kebudayaan dan sumber peradaban bagi bangsa Indonesia. Pancasila bukan sekadar sila-sila yang harus dihafalkan. Mengenai politik kebudayaan yang dilakukan oleh negara lain, seperti Korean Wave yang masuk ke Indonesia, kata dia, penting untuk menjaga kebudayaan sendiri dan menghindari ketergantungan pada produk luar negeri."Kebudayaan bukan hanya tentang seni dan tarian, melainkan juga tentang nilai etos, filosofi, dan falsafah yang menjadi jati diri bangsa," ucap Puti. Dengan menjaga kebudayaan sendiri maka efek buruk budaya luar bisa diminalisasi. Kepala Perpusnas Muhammad Syarif Bando berpesan, generasi muda perlu memahami dan meneruskan perjuangan Bung Karno dalam membangun kemandirian ekonomi bangsa. "Mengutip ucapan Bung Karno ketika menerima gelar honoris causa dari Universitas Indonesia pada 2 Februari 1963, bahwa dengan membaca buku, kita dapat bertemu dengan pemikir-pemikir hebat dan memperkaya wawasan serta perspektif kita," tantangan yang dihadapi saat ini berat, kata dia, Bung Karno dan para pemimpin lainnya berhasil merumuskan Pancasila dengan melihat langsung kondisi masyarakat Indonesia pada saat itu. "Namun, generasi milenial saat ini lebih banyak terpengaruh oleh media sosial yang tidak beraturan dan kurang mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam dari bacaan dan literasi," uczap pun menjelaskan, Bung Karno berharap generasi muda dapat memiliki kemampuan usaha dan kreativitas yang kuat, sebagaimana yang dicontohkan oleh negara maju seperti Jepang dan Korea. "Mereka mampu memproduksi mobil dalam waktu yang relatif singkat karena didukung oleh literasi yang tinggi," jelas UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno periode 2011-2018, Suyatno menuturkan, Sukarno memiliki dua konsep utama dalam pemikirannya, yaitu revolusi nasional dan sosial. Dia menyebut, revolusi nasional bertujuan untuk membangun negara Indonesia yang kokoh dan kuat. Sementara revolusi sosial bertujuan untuk menciptakan sosialisme Indonesia. "Maka pentingnya kemerdekaan nasional, untuk menghindari ketergantungan pada kapitalisme dan imperialisme, serta memberikan kekuasaan politik kepada rakyat," jelas Badan Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila BPIP 2018, Yudi Latif, menambahkan, ideologi Trisakti yang digagas oleh Bung Karno sebagai landasan bagi pembangunan kemandirian ekonomi. Kelima fakultas tersebut adalah Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, dengan 2 Program Studi yaitu Ilmu Komunikasi dan Ilmu Politik, Fakultas Hukum, dengan Program Studi Ilmu Hukum, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, dengan Program Studi Akuntansi dan Manajemen, FakultasTeknik, dengan Program Studi Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Sipil dan Teknik Arsitektur, Fakultas Ilmu Komputer, dengan Program Studi Sistem Informasi dan Sistem Komputer, dan Program Studi Hukum Program Magister, dengan jumlah mahasiswa sebanyak 3020 mahasiswa. UBK dengan Motto Ilmu Amaliah - Amal Ilmiah, sesuai amanat dari Penggali Pancasila, Bung Karno “Abdikanlah Ilmu untuk Kemanusiaan” telah mengabdi kepada bangsa dan negara serta kemanusiaan, dalam usianya yang ke 23 tahun pada 11 Juni 2022 ini, ditengah dinamika dan akselerasi perkembangan jaman yang begitu cepat dalam era globalisasi ini tetap konsisten mewujudkan dengan Visinya yaitu “Menjadi universitas berkualitas yang berperan aktif dalam pembangunan bangsa yang berdasarakan Pancasila” dan menjalankan Misinya “Menciptakan atmosfir akademik dengan melalui penyelenggaraan pendidikan, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Memberdayakan Universitas Bung Karno sebagai pergururan tinggi yang berdasarkan pengembangan Iptek dan Humaniora. Menjalin kerjasama yang produktif, berkelanjutan dengan lembaga pemerintah dan swasta. Melakukan pengkajian dan penerapan Ajaran Bung Karno. Pada tahun 2019 UBK telah mewisuda Sarjana dan Magister Hukum. Para alumni tersebut telah tersebar mengabdi dan bekerja di dalam negeri dan luar negeri, baik di lembaga pemerintahan, lembaga negara, swasta dan menjadi entrepreneur.2x3dKN.
